At Sharptech Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality Creative, Technology, and AI services. As our services involve specialized human expertise, strategic planning, and intellectual property creation, the following terms apply to all refunds and cancellations.
- GENERAL REFUND POLICY Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided for work that has already commenced or has been completed.
- Time & Labor: Agency fees pay for the time and expertise of our team. Once time is spent on a project, it cannot be recovered.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds based on a “change of mind” or “creative preference” once approval stages have been passed.
- PROJECT CANCELLATION (Fixed Cost Projects) If a client wishes to cancel a project (e.g., Website Development, Branding, AI Implementation) before completion:
- Advance Payments: The initial deposit/advance payment (usually 25-50%) is non-refundable. This fee covers our initial resource allocation, strategy, and opportunity costs.
- Work in Progress:
- If a cancellation occurs mid-project, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of written cancellation notice. The client must pay for all hours invested, even if the final deliverable was not launched.
- RETAINER CANCELLATION (Monthly Services) For ongoing services (e.g., Social Media Management, SEO, Maintenance, AI Monitoring):
- Notice Period: Clients must provide a 30-day written notice to cancel any retainer agreement.
- Billing: The client is responsible for payment for the final 30-day period. For example, if you cancel on September 15th, services and billing will continue until October 15th.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months if the client chooses to stop utilizing services early.
- NON-REFUNDABLE 3RD PARTY COSTS Sharptech Solutions often purchases third-party assets on behalf of the client. These costs are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance, as they are paid to external vendors. These include, but are not limited to:
- Domain Name Registrations & Hosting Fees.
- Paid Media/Ad Spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- Software Licenses (CRM, CMS, AI API Credits).
- Stock Photography, Fonts, or Premium Plugin Licenses. ###
- APPROVAL & ACCEPTANCE
- Testing Phase: For technology projects (Websites, Apps, AI Agents), we provide a testing window (typically 7-14 days). It is the client’s responsibility to test the output during this time.
- Final Sign-off: Once a project is approved and launched/deployed, it is considered “Completed.” No refunds or free major revisions will be issued after the final sign-off.
- SERVICE TERMINATION BY SHARPTECH Sharptech Solutions reserves the right to terminate a client project or contract for:
- Non-payment of invoices.
- Rude or abusive behavior towards our staff.
- Unreasonable demands beyond the Scope of Work. In such cases, the client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION We aim to resolve all issues amicably. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please contact your Account Manager immediately so we can work on a revision plan within the scope of the agreement.
